OneShot OneLift: XForge stores all data locally on your iOS device. No data is transmitted to external servers, and we do not have access to any of your workout data, training logs, or personal records.

How to Delete Your Data

Since all data is stored on your device, deleting your data is simple:

• Complete deletion: Uninstall the XForge app from your device. This will permanently delete all workout logs, training programs, and personal records stored locally.
• Individual workouts: You can delete individual workouts or training programs from within the app using the built-in delete features.

No Server-Side Data

Because we do not collect or store any data on our servers, there is no need to request account deletion or contact us to remove your information. Simply uninstalling the app removes all associated data from your device.
